Ben Tanosborn: columnist, poet and writer

After completing graduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Ben Tanosborn set out for a career in international business that would take him to five continents, expose him to several cultures and make him realize the importance for any and all Americans to become goodwill ambassadors for the United States.

That realization has given birth to a weekly socio-political column, Behind the mirror
(America and Americans as seen with non-American eyes and judged under different perspectives) which hopes to add to a much-needed discussion involving a changed foreign policy.  Selected articles from this series have appeared in several print and online publications in several countries, translated to Arabic, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Ben is also a  participant in several online international discussion groups, and a regular contributor to several print and online periodicals, both US and foreign.

On a more "literary" note, Ben is a writer of historical fiction, poetry and cyber-narrative, anticipating publishing an anthology of short stories in 2005.
